Mage/Dark Wizard Help Stealing Build

I'm trying to create a mage build with 100%+ stealing or as close as you can get
max level is 60 and main method of getting items is farming bc I only have 5 LE

 

u can only get 5 emeralds per mob from stealing so its pretty useless

 

with a superfast weapon it can be pretty good

 

its still only 5 emeralds per mob

 

stealing+superfast weapon + villagers = emerald flood

in the past it's worked on villagers for me

Chest-Dujgon/Nodguj Warrior Chestplate (both give 10% by default, max)
Legs-Shameful Greaves (7% max)
Boots-Pirate Luck (12% by default, max)
Rings-Brass Knuckle (3% max)
Bracelet-Hallfred's Greed (8% max)
Necklace-Hexed Amulet (7% max)

the boots "Almuj's walker" grant 33%

 

That would be speed, the id you are looking for is stealing which the boots you mentioned only grant 11% at max

 

Slayer is better; giving 13% max

There aren't really items with high stealing, probably to prevent people from breaking the economy, I think it's impossible to get 100% stealing.

100% stealing with a super fast weapon is 20 emeralds a second, so it's one le in a few minutes.
