Assassin/Ninja Stand And Fight Spell Build

Hi Guys, I am looking for a build for assassin which can stand around casting spells and survive.

I would like it to be around lvl60-70ish,

U can't use nothing good at 60-70 .-.

Um maybe third eye - soul signal - dark channeler - passus lux or memento but memento is negative lifesteal and tsunasweep or maybe Leo and rewind but tsuna should be better

Another build option is plague mask - Aquarius - dark channeler - exhaustion and tsunasweep or cockleburr depending on what you want with a raging wind or stratus to counter the negative walk speed
