Media Staff Help Please

Everytime I try to log into a server when I select a character it doesn't let me do anything and my screen goes black. I don't know what's wrong and I have tried restarting my minecraft, and I have tried signing out of minecraft it won't work. I'm stuck in the room when you pick a class.

 

Then I think it's your connection that's causing the problem. Try restarting your router, or play somewhere in your house that has strong WiFi signal.

 

its not that I tried it and it didn't work. Can't a staff just tp me somewhere? I can join parties and stuff but im just stuck in the box

 

have you tried /kill ?
