Stable But High Ping

Hello, a few months ago i started to get higher ping than usual and at first i thought it was just temporary
but since then i have been getting 150 ping(used to get 65-70) unless i use a vpn or switch to na/as a few times and switch back to eu and if im lucky enough it fixes itself

I wonder if theres any way to fix this issue because it has been bothering me for a long time and im sure its not on my side since i have been doing ping tests and i tried all the other games/mc servers and theyre all completely fine.

Tested with vanilla and different game versions as well but the issue persists
