Archer/Hunter Help Spring build

Hi i would like a spell build using the bow Spring. budget is 32-40 le (not including spring), also no crafteds. any archetype is good but i think sharp is best for spring im pretty sure. I will probably use it for tna, and other end game stuff. tna soloable would be great, but dont push it if it is a tricky build, ig.
