Archer/Hunter Help Spring Build

Hi !
So recently, I came back to Wynncraft after a long break. I decided to choose an endgame build as im lvl 93 archer atm. I looked up spring builds and I caught up a pretty nice build.

However the amount of skills points needed exceeds the maximum of skills points you can have (due to the 1.19 update of wynncraft). I was triggered and really wanted to use the build so... yeah.
Reply below if you can make the build "functional" while trying to not change much the stats of it.
I would also need to know if the build would be fit for endgame.

elemental defense doesnt matter
