100% reduction does not make it infinitely one mana, spell costs will still increase
you still have to cycle

but thanks to how the formula works it's actually really straightforward

% spellcost is considered last, so after you do the simple int threshold check and do basic addition for raw spellcost IDs.

-1% spellcost op???
The reason -1% spellcost lowers spell cost by one entire mana is because wynncraft spell calculations round down after considering % spellcost, so 2.9999999 becomes 2 and so on. It's pretty cool.

Use the spellcost you get after factoring in both int and raw spell cost. It is considered as the "base" for this chart.
