Warrior/Knight Help Spell Collapse W/ Scarlet Veil

Well, now that I've found a blasted item thread with all the new 1.20 items as Wynndata CI, I can finally start making some builds for Collapse again but this time, it hopefully won't take 2 weeks. I already have one right here that incorporates Scarlet Veil. Feel free to rip it apart as usual and make a new one for 1.20 from this post of item changes(Thank you Druser)!

Alright, the items I have used as custom items are Scarlet Veil as a helm, Rainbow Sanctuary as the legs, Pro Tempore as the boots, and Collapse as the spear.

Uppercut: 18K/Boosted Uppercut: 19.8K

Now you could replace the double Facile with a double Prism instead if you want 114 Int at the coat of some HP and Dmg.

Now, I do know that there is the possibility of Uppercut getting a mana cost reduction from 10 to 8(I may have heard 9 instead) which would render the latter build irrelevant as the Int points needed to reduce Uppercut to 3 would go from 114 to 94. As always, feel free to tear it apart and recommend new changes.
