Archer/Hunter Spell Archer- Need Advice With New Meta From 1.17

So I planned on using this (right now using Squid anklet, and Royal stormy, and I don't have a Spring) build and need advice given our new meta.

Goal: Decent Defense and health, High spell damage and spamibility

Explanations for each piece used:

Morph-Stardust: High health and decent defense, skill points I need.
Soulflare: Static stats (reliable), Defense and health boosts.
Vaward: Health, Skill points
Gaea-Hewn Boots: Static stats (reliable), Health, Spell damage

Moon pool Circlet x2: Reliable source of MR
Dia Hydro: Skill points, spell damage, MS
Dia Hydro: Skill points, MR

Weapon options:

• Spring: MR and spell spamibility
• Fog of Creation: Rainbow damage, Spell
• Infused Hive Bow: Static stats (reliable), Neutral damage, MR and MS

Substitutions (that I am right now using, yes bad, but better than nothing and is what I got):

• Squid Anklet: MR and damage
• Royal Stormy Amulet: MR and skill points

Notes:

• Pre-1.17 I can reasonably take care of Qira solo given I have a lot of health poitions and a few 95 Fire potions
• I have been unable to find my success on LI
• Are there any goo alternatives for the current bracelet and necklace I am using.
• I have not a clue how to spend the powder slots on my armor. The vaward I bought has a T5 or T6 passive ability (2 of either) and one free slot.

As far as I know, this is a decent build, but I believe there is definitely room for improvement.
