Now of course this doesn't say much, but if I had to make any kind of guess, I would bet on it being a dungeon boss rework, or a new dungeon entirely.
The only thing this confirms is Pepo is working on dungeons in some form, even if it is just the chest thing. I, however, would like to imagine they may have worked together on a boss.
One thing to be said, however, is I'm looking forwards to the next thing you're doing with dungeons @Pepo unless, of course, 2 of the 4 questions you asked were pointless.
