Any Class Help Soul Point Regen Build

    Alright so this is my first actual post after coming back to Wynn, and of course its gotta be something stupid.

    Recently, i grinded CIB for Peaceful Rest because i intended to do EO with it. When i saw how it's got +100% SP regen, i had come up with an idea. What is the most soul point regen you can get in a build, and how much would you get?

    Im not even sure how the stats work, does it increase the speed of your soul point regens, or increase the amount you get per regen? Anyway, i was interested to see if you guys can come up with any good builds that can top 200% SP regen or maybe even more. And i would be super interested in seeing how fast you get SP.
