how roll dependant is rev in the build?

 

spellcosts are super roll sensitive. I wouldn't settle for anything less than a like 34% revenant (though the ws/air damage stat doesn't matter nearly as much).

mana, grab as much as you can I guess

edit: I should quantify that statement.

Approximately, 1% spellcost is the same value as 1 mana steal/mana regen. On my personal set of items I'm missing 4 mana steal across all rolls.

Pretty vanilla style arcanist build. Psychokinesis or Pyrokinesis is up to user preference.
Nonmythic build for once -- wanderlust can be swapped for ornate shadow garb. Although Aleph Null and good violet-shift might be expensive.
It's pretty comfortable to play with nearly 100 walkspeed, more than 1k lifesteal and.. decent EHP (though still on the glassy side).
