Try Az at its level. Seriously broken. And cluster actually does less dps if you use spells, because of elemental spell conversion bs (cluster's base dmg is full neutral, so even if you have full t6 thunders spells will still convert it to their respective elementel damage, so if you're using high thunder dmg build az will win with its high base thunder dmg).

 

before the nerf... a much thunder damage as fatal PLUS 1 more attack Speed PLUS 50-100 (?) neutral damage. pretty op
