    If you look closely at the new items, a lot of them have + or -[spell name] cost. I can’t post images since I’m on mobile rn, but look at the new items in the trailer. They probably wouldn’t be putting in spell cost reducing IDs if they weren’t A. Reworking intelligence or B. Increasing base spell costs. Seriously, this might be the biggest change in the sandbox.
