Wait- 15 slots, and there are 5 elements. 5 equal 15 when multiplied by 3.

So one can get 3 teir VI powders of all 5 elements onto this one item.

Once the stats of all tier VI powders are found, we can figure out how much elemental defence is left after applying the powders on this thing
