But they aren't the right mobs. This isn't another free-dropping set like Adventurer's or Morph.

 

So let's say something like mobs around cinfras would drop it?

No, he just puts them in many of his posts.

 

I just checked out Dullahan castle and Mansion, neither have flesh mobs unless I'm missing something, and all the mobs there are lower than 68.

 

There's a pond nearby. I can't tell you exactly where it is, but it has mobs such as disembodied feet or something, and in a cave nearby there's a boss called the Flesh Amalgam.
I think you need to get some drop from the mobs for a quest, actually.

Yep, and there's a nearby quest with a 100k hp boss at the end. Kill those things.

 

There are mobs named "consuming viscera" in the cave. I think this may be it. Only problem is the amount of junk items.
