Small Privacy Update

Hi, I, like lots of people appreciate our own privacy, alone time. Without being asked to partner up and do something in game and challenge ourselves in peace. As much as I'd like to buy bombs and shouts and a rank, I don't exactly like the attention in brings to you in game... the following suggestions are what would really encourage me to start using the store:


1. Being able anonymously throw a bomb(Hides name, removes thank option):
"Somebody has thrown an DXP/LOOT/ITEM bomb..."
"You're standing in somebody's mob totem...."


2. Being able to disable your rank in-game: Well, thats it.
(EDIT: This should apply to anyone with non-permissions abilities, Aka: builders)
I didn't know builders had their rank in-game... I can imagine the amount they get pestered for it.



3. Being able to shout to only your WC server (Still being visible to moderators, regardless of their WC server.)
3A. Along with being able to shout anonymously to only your server(Name not obscured to moderators, of coruse).
Now, I see one problem to this(2A). I don't know how well-staffed the server is, but what if someone shouts obscenities when moderators are not present? Well, one fix I see around this is adding a number to an anonymous shout when you hover over the shouted message. Take a screenshot when hovering over the number, and report it to a moderator that can easily find out who said it. I do not know as well, how much work that would be, but again, I would really like to see such a thing.)
(EDIT: Apparently single-server shouts were removed from the game due to violating EULA. Refer to 3A for 3 in the poll.)


3. Being able to change who can /find you.
While the moderators here are very quick to deal with h#arassment, I still would love to see an option to have a setting for: Friends-only/Nobody (with exception to moderators of course). the nobody option should also remove your name from the tab list as well.
(Maybe rank-only feature?)




In conclusion, I'd really like to see these changes some day, as they're a nice quality of life update, despite being in no way, necessary. Though, if they are added, they'd probably need their own /privacy or /preference GUI or so on. If you find something I haven't accounted for yet, please, tell me and have nice day/night!

Yes, also add the ability to hide not only your purchased rank but perhaps also another - like builder, for example

Actually if someone has set the option you can click on the votes and it shows who voted.

 

Oh yes, it sometimes gets annoying when people think that I am moderator/helper/YT and ask me random questions like where the Ragni item identifier is
