Mage/Dark Wizard Help Singularity Build

Hi, I need a singularity build. I'm fine with any playstyle, but I'd prefer a spellspam or hybrid builds because I already have items that can fit in those builds. Those this may be a stretch and hurt the damage, I want to negate the negative walkspeed as well for convenience, though not priority, My current budget is 53 le~.
