Mage/Dark Wizard singularity arcanist build

so im very new to building just so u know but i tried to make a singularity arcanist build and im wondering if it is good or not so can someone pls adjust it a bit or tell me what i did wrong.

i tried to build with good walk speed for running around mobs and decent ehp and damage so pls keep that if you change the build. All though 100+ walk speed is not extremely necessary because of arcane speed but still like 60% pls
