Everyone in Wynncraft lore talks about the big scary endgame threat: the Dern Beast. He's a big bad who sits in the realm of darkness potentially twirling its mustache evilly (I can't be serious for extended periods of time, call it TikTok brain syndrome)
But what if I told you the Dern Beast isn’t hiding?
What if it is standing right in front of us?

Yes, the silverbull trading company. Let's examine the evidence as to why I think they are associated with the dern beast.

    1) their lootruns. At the end of every run, there's a chance to acquire one of many mythics in their possession. Where did they acquire these mythics?
(I know, I know, everyone has a mythic these days including the morph users, but we're talking about the lore) Silverbull just comes to possess so many of them? These are supposed to be the rarest items in the entire game. Artifacts of insane power that could change the course of history.
    So the obvious question is:
    Where are they getting them?
The only logical explanation is that someone is supplying them with these items, and the only one powerful enough to do that would be the dern beast.

    2) The lootrun camp in Lutho:
How did silverbull get there before the player and set everything up? The lootrun master is just sitting outside the toxic waste in his camp with no bodyguards. Why are the monsters not attacking him? The strongest adventurers, such as Aledar and Elphaba (Lucio is a bum, not mentioning him), died or struggled greatly just to reach that point, yet the lootrun master got there before them without a scratch? The only explanation is that they are one of the Dark. The monsters don't attack because they know silverbull is their ally.

    3) Boons:

    During lootruns, Silverbull provides boons.
These buffs are ridiculously strong. No normal human, even using mythics, crafted, and using more consumables than the guy in "just a little consu to help me survive" meme can not become this strong. How are silverbull granting these buffs to hundreds of players at once? They have no known famous mages or legendary adventurers, they're just merchants...allegedly.

    Unless.

    They are not merchants.

Unless they are something much older and much stronger pretending to be merchants.

    Something like…

    Oh I don’t know…

The final villain of the entire storyline.

    4) The lootrun mobs:
Let’s talk about the mobs. This is an excerpt from the wiki talking about the puppetry performance challenge:
"If the player is detected camping during the challenge, several Drift Dolls will spawn."

Much like Drift Dolls, there are many other anti-camping mobs. They want to see you fight. Now that you all agree that the dern beast is behind silverbull, you might wonder why. It wants to see us fight. It's scouting the enemy. It's all a trap, using your greed to make you show your best attacks.
The Silverbull Trading Company is not a trading company. It is a surveillance program by the Dern Beast. It is watching all of us.

(Footnote: I wrote this up on my phone while sleep deprived, so my capitalization and grammar may not make sense)

I cannot tell if this is serious or not but I love the insanity of this. Great job.

(the mobs are just for balancing reasons)

What about raids? They activly encourage you to do raids by rewardeing you, and in doing so you take out Dern's missionary in a foreign field and their influence on the realm in NotG and NoL. Ditto with TNA, isn't it cannonicaly in Dern or something or did I just imagine deus saying that

Anyways a genuine response, this is addressed in game. If you ask the SBHQ about the Silent Expanse lootrun, they don't know what you're talking about. They see there's documentation of it existing, and just assume it was you who put it there. The lootrun camp in SE is not run by Silverbull, it's some fucking creature pretending to be a Silverbull agent.

Heard something in this vein about it being an obsessor who after watching you decimate SE decided to not try converting(?) you. This has become my opinion and nothing is changing it.

Where can I find this interaction? The Wiki didn't say anything.

On a mimic ranking, "imitating a guy who works for a company you know" is pretty top-tier.

After I procrastinated for a few days I did manage to find the dialogue, it's from the Lootrun Expert guy when you ask for where you can lootrun.
