    I don't think PvP in the overworld would make really sense. I mean, why would soldiers who all have the same enemy start fighting each other for no reason? But I do agree that some sort of PvP arenas could be made. (Was that pre-1.12 PvP arena even ever used?) I think Temple of Legends could also use some sort of PvP arena for high leveled players. Would add something more to the place other than a boss altar and grinding spot.

    I fixed it being balanced.
    Also, you can't expect them to be able to be online 24/7
    That creates a whole new network of plot holes. If everyone other than the players has been corrupted irreversibly by the nether, why do the players survive? And so on.

    I can see both ways on this, it would be amazing to have things like pvp arenas and pvp guild wars (Probably with a leaderboard for each) however the primary focus of wynncraft is pve, with the nether being there for those who want to pvp, and duels are a good way to have 1v1's, but I would love to see more ways of incorporating pvp into the overworld, but not in natural gameplay form (I.E an area that's pvp only once you enter it) but instead you can challenge people to 2v2 duels, 3v3, 4v4 etc which would be in an arena (You'd be teleported to the arena, a 10 second countdown would happen, gates would open and it's a fight to one side dies, once you die you're out as a spectator, once one side is defeated, a small reward would go to the winning side, depending on level i'd say you'd get more, so a level 5 would get 10 emeralds, a level 100 would get 10 eb for example, one reward a day, afterwards all players are teleported back to their original location in the world) which allows for pvp to be a fun side aspect, but nothing else that features an area exclusive to pvp as we have the nether for that already.

    I could see why people would want PvP, especially since it’s an MMO and it’s something to do in the endgame besides guilds. Though I just can’t see Wynncraft balancing PvP, and even if they did, it would be mediocre at best. PvP in general just isn’t the best in Minecraft, and so many servers have done PvP way better than Wynncraft ever could for years now, especially with the fact that Warlords exists. Plus they would have to have a completely separate item system (which they just made too so I doubt they will be willing to make a whole other), and they might even have to redesign some spells.

    Although Wynncraft is a MMO, it’s really a single player game first. And to try to change that would require as much effort as it would to make an entire new game, which already has been done a million times before.

    I would like expanded PvP options, but i feel that it would quickly devolve into guild domination/camping and the issue of unique materials unique to PvP zones. PvP would be more accessible, but highly abusable more so than it already is. Also unique/op items or resources in these areas would further encourage complete domination, lowering the quality of the experience for literally everyonce except a select few.

    I think the current PVP system is enough (maybe with incentives for high-level players to play in the Nether). Duels allow for both casual PVP and organized tournaments, while being simple and fun.

    Personally, I think that they should add a PvP arena in the Overworld (along with revamping PvP in general) and utilize the Nether for something other than PvP, like quests. That way PvP is a viable thing to do, and the Nether has an actual use (I mean seriously imagine all the cool shit they could do with the Nether if they made it an actual quest area).

    That would create some issues with balancing, and would certainly create 10 times more toxicity in guilds.

    Killing players would make guild wars more combat based, instead of relying on the consumption of budget and time.

    Interesting concept I just thought of for a little bit... I've seen some threads regarding the concept of prestige ranks before now... Basically, you can set your classes level back to 0, and gain access to a new mechanic. What if this mechanic was PvP? So when you prestige, you could now fight other Wynncraft players on the same prestige level as you on any Wynn server in any place (except maybe major cities). You can only attack people within 10 levels of you (level range thing as stated by @Stratiformis). Rather than items lost on death disappearing, they will drop, and you can also gain rank through killing.

    If you think this is a decent idea lemme know and I'll suggest a more detailed version. Also #TRADEMARKEEEDD

    I personally wouldn't really like having more PvP in Wynncraft. The reason I really like playing Wynn is because there's really no reason to get angry. In other PvP games, especially multiplayer survival games I really hate getting killed and losing everything. In Wynncraft you don't lose a lot of items overall, except if you're a starter and don't understand soul points xD. This is also why I like Terraria and Warframe a lot since you can't lose any progress for the most part.

    Because we're first generations immigrants from Fruma and thus still infused with magic or something ? Like how iodine saturation can help prevent some radioactive indused diseased, such as Thyroid cancer ?
