Try to use square brackets because it looks neater.
Colour the name of the item according to the rarity. For set item, use green.
Try to standardise the format for all the item lists.
If it's an item with certain status, such as new, selling in Process, auction etc, tag it.
Use something to go to an external link to show the picture of the item. Link is fine but if you can have like "Click here -> ∆" it will be more professional looking.
Always toggle between light theme and dark theme to ensure your texts are see-able to both ligh theme and dark theme users.
Try play around with colours, colours make your interface more pleasing.
If you want to make a coloured text appear white in dark theme and black in light theme, use the reset format in the toolbox
It's good to keep your list organised. I organise it by rarity first, then level 2nd.
