Be as that may, it's still a really good piece of armor and was very close to max
3/4 mana regen and 60+ reflection with walk speed and stat buffs is a good thing in my book any day, arguably better than some of the higher tier legendaries

Due to the reflection and mana regen they're common in endgame builds and such. A 3/4 with good reflection is hard to find. I just sold one for 25 and gave her 5 off for a previous purchase and because i needed space. If you dont know the price of something dont say anything.
