Shoot Fireworks From Bows!

But bomb arrows explode.

To fix the problem with it damaging you when you fire them you can delay the when time when they actually start spawning fireworks by creating a new scoreboard objective, and add it to the arrow every tick in a repeating command block. Then in the command with the arrow spawning fireworks you can put @e[type=arrow,score_(objective name)_min=(a number about 50-200)], which will start spawning fireworks only about 0.25 - 2 seconds after the arrow is fired. I think that's enough for that arrow to fly far enough to not damage you.
