Shaman/Skyseer Help Shaman Build

Could anyone give me a good level 100+ Shaman/Skyseer build. Preferably a Spell build but I don't mind that much. I would also like to it preferably cost me less than 32 LE.

Aim to buy a Nether's Scar with ~140% health regen or higher to cancel out Second Wind. If you don't you'll have a large chunk of negative health regen

Diamond Solar accessories were slapped, anything tanky will do like Summa or Darksteel Rings. Courage boosts poison
