Shaman/Skyseer Shaman Acolyte Build lvl 30 - 100

Hello, I've just started and I'm currently at level 30, I'm seeing a lot of end-game builds and don't know what to build for lower levels. So I was wondering about builds for each stage of the game. If possible could some builds be made for 30, 40, 50, and so on. Thanks!

this is a bit outdated, but can help with the item choices
basically use adventurers set until lvl45 or 50, then start using morph set (you can use it until lvl100 if you want)
morph works by adding a new piece of the set every 12-13lvls, and you fill the rest of the armor with mana regen or skill point stuff
