Set Item Rarities?

I've been trying to find the leaf, nether, outlaw, and ghostly armor sets (minus the ghostly cap of course) for inexplicable hoarding reasons. I've done so for a collective time of around 8 hours recently.

Even though I had a loot bonus of 139%, I never found a single piece of any of the sets after killing the mobs in their respective areas that should drop them, according to the Wynncraft Wiki and other forum posts that I've read. I did my first loot runs with my level 73 mage, but after hearing a suggestion that they only drop so long as your character was around the level of the set armor, I started up a new character to try to get the leaf armor. Again, after a few hours, I still came out with nothing.

Are they unobtainable now? Has the recent Economy Update changed the rarities/locations of the set armors?

Nonetheless, if anybody is willing to sell/give the aforementioned armor sets to me, I'll be willing to buy. (If they still have color on them, I'll be your best friend :) )

 

Leaf set definitely still drops. I've never seen Nether, Ghostly, or Outlaw set items, but I've never actively searched for them either.
