Speculation Seigfried And Black Spoon

so yahya talks about a black spoon and my Siegfried theory is random but the 3 Siegfried items around the map in gavel has anyone tried these two there is a lot of talk about memory paranoia's spoon (you can go back through the mansion's past)

Well we're only looking for one more item so I doubt it'll be all three of them (Especially since we have been told that he will have his own quest in the future), but there is a possibility it could be one!
