''And how are you so old?''

 

You explored some of Aatsura before heading to the capital, Saraat, and taking a ship to Colden in search for better jobs. At Colden, the ship you were in docked at the city of Raror, taking a road that led towards The Capital, and then into the countryside, where Varla is one of the central cities.

Walking silently down the street for a few minutes, the two see a small squad of the city's guard jogging over to the scene of the attack, about five soldiers.
"Someone must've called the guards on that bar incident." Wren said monotonously, following the group with his eyes. Darx gave the other a nod and a simple "Hm."

The street ends in a building, which the pair can only guess is a school. A few teenagers are dotted about in the sidewalk, laughing and sharing drinks.

 

"I see we all have our priorities with regards to questions."
Fraise rolled his eyes and looked around him, taking in their surroundings. He was mainly looking if there were other people around the trio.

 

I ignore the eye rolling and look at you ''Alright then guess how old he is''

 

Fraise glanced back at Deton, raising an eyebrow,
"I'd much rather like to hear that from Vitiate himself. I must admit, I'd love to hear more from him. He sounds rather...interesting."
He chuckled softly to himself and continued his surveying of the area for nearby townsfolk.

 

"I can agree with you about the intresting part"

 

Turn to Wren.

"You going anywhere? I don't."

 

Fraise sighed and turned to Deton, stretching his arms and legs as he remembered the idea he had earlier,
"So, is my idea of tea at Dark Willow's still a pleasant option? Or is there something else you had in mind for today?"

 

"Not really, i'm fine with it"

Nod.
"Yeah."
Start heading back to the library.

 

"Wonderful~! I'm glad some company is better than none."
Fraise flashed a smile towards Vitiate as he activated his Particularity,
"You know where to find us, Vitiate. Please keep our questions in mind. I'd love to hear their answers."
Turning on his heel, Fraise began his run to the Dark Willow, slightly eager to warm himself up. He'd wait for Deton before stepping back inside.

Retracing their way to the library, the two decided to slow down when passing by the scene. Looking at the peculiar trio, Darx and Wren see that the guards are discussing what to do in a small circle. Paying a little more attention, Wren realizes there are only three guards, the other two probably went looking for the injured person. The guards keep shooting nervous glances at the spirit.

The guard that seems to be in control, a slightly older woman, turns around and starts to speak to the trio. Before she manages to get a word out, a conversation going on between Fraise and Deton had an abrupt end, with the first bolting off down the street. The latter simply shrugged to the irritated guard, walking off in the same direction as the older one. Standing there alone between the guards and the pair, Vitiate turned towards the city's protectors.

"You disgust me endlessly." He said in a calm phrase, yet infused with hatred. "Servants of order, the thing I sought after to destroy... You've got some nerve to be here."
The two younger guards stepped back a few paces, but the commander seemed to be unfazed, or at least pretended to look so.

"Unauthorized use of magic is a crime passive of punishment, stranger." She said in an authoritarian tone of voice. "Surrender now."

 

"I also have some more questions, but we can discuss them back in the Dark Willow" i turn and start heading back without a rush

 

Fraise tapped his foot impatiently as he reached the Dark Willow. He was frustrated that his plan would just involve Deton, but he reckoned that if he had to choose anyone, he guessed it would be him. While he waited for Deton, Fraise checked his clipped satchel to see how much gold/silver/copper he had.

 

A few coins coloured the inside pouch tantalizingly, with a considerable weight to them.

Also how much do we know about eachother?

 

(I'm assuming we just had a brief introduction the first time at Dark Willow, so names, where we came from, etc. Nothing too in depth, I reckon.)
Content with his collection of coin pieces, Fraise barely recognized the pebble he had in his satchel. For a moment, he wondered why such a useless rock was among his glittery treasures, but he discarded the thought. Glancing up at the sound of Deton's boots crunching towards him, Fraise decided to look into his little stone a bit later. He cleared his throat as Deton drew closer,

"The table we were at once before?"

 

You met at the bar one night, and exchanged stories about your lives. Deton told about how he came from Heril, although not much detail was given. Fraise seemed much more inclined to talk about his work and tales of his childhood in Aatsura, among other things such as his favourite drinks. You both know each other's name, profession and suches.

 

That clears some things up, i also wouldn't have given you my last name in that case.

"Sure, doesn't really change much"

 

Fraise grinned and pushed the doors open, making his way towards the table they were at once before.
If it was unoccupied, he'd sit down and gesture to one of the servers in the tavern.
If it was occupied, he'd search for a nearby idle server.
