I assume there aren't that many signs any more, i get a severe headache and my nose bleeds, but since I had a while to walk and it's cold most the blood is gone, so I have a bit of a problem standing normally and hard to walk in a straight line

''Not that hard to acomplish that. What did you do that the commander want's to interrogate you?''

"Oh, get that shriveled husk of a claw off my neck, I'm already in these damn shackles!" I say, "What do you even need to know, anyways?"

 

I mean, she wasn't carrying a wounded soldier.

"It will take as long as it needs to. Come." She says, gesturing with her head for the pair to follow them to the building.

"What you were doing, and more importantly, what was going on in that old mind of yours to attack a commander of the guard." She says, pushing the monk and letting go of him.
"You're realize that would be much better for you if you didn't fight right?" The woman asks, raising her eyes in a sarcastic tone.

 

"You provoked first. I was just curious what had happened."

I attempt to quietly enter her mind and find her emotional/mental weaknesses for later use, using minimal power.

 

Assuming I'm still with the commander i say trying to sound normal with the headache "He want's total anarchy and he'll go into a long ass monolouge about it if you ask, oh and don't forget the poem"

 

"You realize I saw those swords right?" She asks, looking amused at Vitiate's attempts at blaming her. "And I don't think you realize that magic isn't really an option." The woman pokes the monk's ribs.

"Noted." She says, smiling weakly. "I can see that happening."

 

I interrupt her interogation again saying "So if you're going to question that guy right now can you point me in the direction of the promised docs?"

 

"Oh, we're sitting down for proper questions later. Right now I'm just curious." She says with a smile.
"But yeah, the doctors will be at the headquarters. Best doctors in town are for the guard, naturally." Commander says normally.

 

"Fantastic!" I say enthusiastically "That means they're expensive as hell!" I say sarcastically

 

"I pulled out the swords after being provoked. And they were not under open carry, they were completely gone from this plane of existence." I say.

Going back to when she attempts to poke me, her finger passes through my chest. "Your interruption of my Transcendence has left some, err... strange side effects. Not fully here."

What kinds of magic do I have the energy to perform right now?

 

*sigh*

"PuLlEd OuT tHe SwOrDs AfTeR bEiNg PrOvOkEd," I say mockingly. [/ Holy flip, writing like this is annoying me already. xD /]
"Now who the hell was in front of the library threatening a man with a sword, hm?"

So I'm double reading, and I just realized we have no idea what caused the second idea aside from the blood in the bar. Everyone just assumed the spirit did it I'm assuming. xD
I won't have Wren double check his info and chalk it up to misinterpretation in the heat of the moment. Just wanted to mention this incase I missed something that someone else caught and could explain to me.

 

Nope Deton's assuming that you did it because even with the spirit you're still the shadiest to him

I hide from the sight of "the spirit" using Wren's body. (like being behind him)

Heartbeat is pretty high, Wren could hear some heartbeats

 

"Not really, you're with me after all." The woman says, shrugging. "It's quite obvious in my opinion." She adds.

 

"That mean's they're free?"

 

Fraise calmly walked behind the duo, twisting his hand to see his brilliantly golden bracelets shine. He chuckled and rested his hand on the grip of his whip,

"Don't keep your hopes too high, dear Deton. This wasn't the kind of entertainment I was hoping for today. Although, we're all in each other's company once more! Wonderful, in a sense I suppose."

 

Vitiate can perform very basic air magic, but has a suspicion it won't help his situation.

"For now, yes. My squadron wouldn't be able to clean the area off people, but since you 'helped," The woman does air quotes. "you're good with me. So consider yourselves lucky for the time being."
The group arrives at the door of the headquarters and goes in. Waving her subordinates off, the commander asks for the group in a room. "I'll leave you here on watch of my second in command." She says, pointing at a tall man who seems a bit nervous. "I'll be back in a bit." The commander begins to leave the room and stops for a moment.
"Name's Raalehn by the way."

A few minutes after she leaves, a doctor appears and gives Deton a cup of herbal tea and a block of iron with a few runes carved into it. Surprisingly, it has the same texture and temperature of an ice-cold cloth.
