I couldn't find one so I made my own. Below are the Secret Discoveries in waypoint form for Wynntils. The data is taken directly from the official wiki. Some of the coords may be off so I suggest you to visit the wiki or look around and some Discoveries will have requirements like quests, other discoveries, profession levels, items, etc.

I haven't checked all of them but I know the silent expanse wps should be fairly accurate.
