World Scoreboard Status And Other Compass Additons (45+ Supporters!)

Scoreboard Status

Here I am, strolling through *crazy high spawn rate area* vanished as my assassin. *dies*.

Want to know why I died? I didn't know I ran out of invisibility. Well, scoreboard status will change that!

It's essentially a toggle-able scoreboard (toggle via compass). There are three options, Off, Status and Party.

Status shows you certain status effects and timers.

Party shows people in the party, what level and percentage of health (That way, we won't have 5 digits). Or @marcossegon 's idea is a health bar (Red/white). You will be prompted to pick one of the two when first turning on the scoreboard, but they are toggleable through /toggle healthbar

And keep going until all have been listed.

If a mission shows up, it will scroll between the two.

Compass Additions

Sprintlock

How much sprint do I have left? *Sprints a bit and now has to wait extra time for it to regen*

With sprintlock, it will never show the coordinates. I think most people use F3 anyway.

There will be 2 options - Sprintlock and Bar Shift (recommend me a better name)

Bar shift enables it to go between the two. The reason there is no Coordinatelock is because you will never see how much sprint you have left, resulting in a mana surge.

Note - Sprintlock does not enable you to sprint forever. It only shows the sprintbar instead of the coordinates.

Perma Health

You know how you get a permanent +5 hp for every level? Compass option -> set perma health.

From here on, you will be prompted with a sign and a question that asks you how much health you want to set it to. You can't say a number that goes over the current base health you have or a word, it will say an error message of the following;

This number is not valid / This number exceeds your maximum capacity

You can always regain it, but why would you want to remove perma health? It's for players who want a hardcore challenge, or any other reason. Perma health can not be changed in a duel either, so the error message is;

Your health depletes back due to the foe you're fighting.

Definitely not the first time, but missions right now aren't even really worth doing. For me, all they do is make me return to wherever I'm grinding, kill like 8 mobs, get like a 20% boost in mob xp, walk back to the town.

 

Please, tell me the last time we as a community wanted to remove a way to get xp.

With dxp, xp armour, and wisdom potions all not affecting quest xp after the update.
Yet everyone was still excited for it.

 

Nobody wanted that though, just like you didn't want the new SP system. We accepted it because quest xp was doubled anyway.

It wasn't rallied for, not to mention people were excited for other features of the update too.
