Dungeons Scheduled Boss Fights

Hi! I have a proposition:

Every day at certain times, there will be scheduled boss fights. I was thinking boss fights for: CoW, Bob, Amadel, Qira, and the other difficult boss fights. Maybe even have dungeon runs added to the schedule.
I was thinking maybe 3 times a day, (Since timezone madness, Comment if you think less or more) and if you were at the designated meeting area you'd be automatically partied, and ready for some fighting! I think this would help the less fortunate who don't have shouts to gather people, or people who aren't in a guild, or people who just plain have no friends ._.

This would not mean you have to wait. You can still do it anytime, but there'll be a specific time if you want to meet up with a random team. The bosses won't be ever "closed", there would just a general time when people can team up. Sorry for the confusion. It wont add any waiting time.

So you have to wait a few hours just to finish a quest? And if you die, you also need to wait?
Sorry, but this doesn't seem any more effective than the current system.

Yeah, this wont be to much use, as we already have a planning area here on the forums.
