Didn't Grian sort of imply back in February that the update was going to take a long time, even by Wynncraft standards?

Maybe I'm misinterpreting, but to me the "default" wait time for a major update is somewhere around 8 months (so far at least...). And if they say the update will take a "long time", that to me implies that it will be longer than the "default time".

Fucking disappointment... Wynncraft let me down again... Gameplay Update was in 29 august, when I dont fucking needed it, RtD was not after Corkus... And now we know that RtD is not the next... I fucking tired...

 

I reckon it's gonna be main storyline, creating a large amount of lore, and making the current stuff a bit more cohesive.

Dude you are a bit blind, read the 1 page and you will find a screenshot where Salted said that next update is Gavel.

Um not necessarily. this mark > can also mean is better/more/bigger. He could be saying that the new update is better and bigger than the Gavel update. Dont get depressed my friend :)

If he meant that it is a Gavel update then he would have put it like this:

This is on a whole new level of nitpicking. Have you concidered that not everyone learns english as their first language, and that in some languages, it’s larger/bigger than, and those people probably don’t study in english? So they wouldn’t know this?

 

I'm sorry. Genuinely. I thought that since you were correcting someone else, I could correct you, and your correction. I did not mean what I said as an attack to you, but as what I believe to be the correct interpretation to Salted's post.

 

Or the reason for the wait is the complete revamp of Gavel's looks, sorry, enemies, quests, and just the map itself like what happened to Wynn Province along with the possibility is with the coming of the path to Dern. There are multiple speculations on what could happen or what may happen but seeing on how Gavel has been passed for a lot of regamps, or were asked to multiple times, I think it's about time.

So what I'm expecting:
Gavel fixes, ALL FIXES
Bug fixes
Code organisation
Adding Road to Dern
Class balancing?
Removal of "Eye of The Storm"

What's most likely going to happen:
Road to Dern
Bug Fixes
Road to Dern
Some Gavel fixes
"Eye of The Storm" staying.
(Hahaha)

Anyway that's what I'm thinking that'll happen since it's been said that they've been working on things for a long time. I'm hoping they don't tease us like they did with Gavel and kept on promising dates that never went to code. I wouldn't mind some spoilers on what's coming out, but not false promises.

No, I meant that I didn’t know the thing, thus it may have appeared that I was trying to attack you back, becides it really wasn’t much of a correction, greater than and bigger/larger than are really close, and my correction was on point, and so was yours, however I hoped that in the future you wouldn’t correct such a small mistake that affected what was inside the post a very small amount. I would have expected a ”(quote) *greater than” type of correction, not something the size of the post you made with A SECTION IN ALL CAPS
(And yes I notice the sarcasm)
