Salt Crag?

I have been trying to collect all the world event exclusive items, and am at the point where I have them all, except Salt Crag, both the Wiki and the Spreadsheet for the exclusive items say you get it from Swashbuckling Brawl, but after having done it countless times now, I have not gotten a single Salt Crag, nor have I ever seen one appear on the market, so are the Wiki and Spreadsheet just incorrect and is it from a different world event, or is the bow just a myth?

I would like to add after having done it so much, I have gotten chests where there is no exclusive item in there, which gets me to think that there was supposed to be a salt crag there, but the game just doesn't spawn it or something wacky like that. So has anyone ever gotten a Salt Crag, and if so, what am I doing wrong?
