You shouldn't be selling unidentified mythics at all.

 

Maybe you should be able to sell certain mythics like discov when you know it's gonna be a discov but then again we don't want the rule to get too complicated.

 

didnt you say that if you sell one you just have to refund it if its the wrong one? im saying what if its the wrong one but its the better one so the buyer walks away scamming you

It's kind of tricky, because the seller should be the one that is most aware of what the item is and could be.
But in the cases that we've had in the past where they buyer scams the seller we've had refunds done for the person and it be resolved.

Because yes it can be classified as scamming if the buyer manages to convince the seller to sell it for cheaper than what it might be worth.
However, for auctions it is a different story, because the seller set the rules for the auction and the buyer only followed the rules that were set. So in the case of an auction there's not much we can do about it.

 

so does that mean that ALL 96-100 wands should be sold as warp, so its ok if the seller gets scammed for selling it as fatal? would that mean that fatal would never be sold unidd again
