Actually, you already know what the Commander is doing. That plague thing that happened earlier, the terrified civilian is mad about that.

Constantine draws his scimitar and approaches the terrified civilian.
"Look. You can stay here or I can show you the way out."

Constantine literally escorts him out until around ten meters from the camp and then returns to camp to listen in to conversation D. Constantine has no idea what this is about.

Bob Hater: "Let's fucking kill Bob."

Other Bob Hater: "Yeah! Let's drive a dagger right into his eye!"

Bob Hater: "HELL YEAH!"

"How much are you willing to give for me to bring you Bob's head?" Constantine asks.

Bob Hater: "A junk gun? You know, put some junk into this thing and it fires it."

The Bob Hater grabs a garden gnome and put it in the junk gun. You know someone is about to get gnome'd.

"That looks like a lot of fun. I'll take it." Constantine says, going through the camp to hunt down Bob.

After the dust clears, all that's left is a bloody gnome and Bob's head.
