It's a form of Ice Snake, but for Utility. For example, grabbing something from a distance, disarming, and generally screwing around with people.

The economy is crumbling because of Wynn. After the guard explains to the King, he says, "You may speak to our great king." He goes to the woulded man, and takes him away. The King speaks to you. He isn't one for bowing, thinking it unnecessary. "General Robert. I hear tales of an assassin trying to kill you? If my suspicions are correct, then we may have to fight the Wynn province. We already have allies ready to strike Ragni, Nemract, or Troms at my command. What is your opinion?" He pauses for a moment. "You, archer, bring the man to the dungeon and have him questioned. Do what you want, but keep him alive. I'll send two mages in some time."

There is still the problem of the soldiers from Fruma, and if Wynn and those soldiers reach each other and coordinate, I doubt we will be able to put up a fight." I ponder for a few seconds. "Might I suggest calling a meeting between you, your advisors, and some generals regarding this matter?"
