I'll draw what the seal looks like on a piece of paper for refrence incase i damage it, then I take one of my daggers and carefully try to remove the seal without damgeing it

 

Laughing at Lysanna's excitement, Tae headed into the crowd. "Hey, thanks! Good luck to you, woo!" She cheered on the redhead.
Happy at her own victory, she sat down with a good angle to Lys, Nyxio and Benet and let out a big sigh.

 

Wait, are the doors even numbered in this school? lol

 

Ugh. What's something interesting to say that wont't bore them and will end the conversation.
"We craft tools and fix things like yours."
...
That sounds boring already.

 

Kollin sketched the seal on a nearby scrap of paper and attempted to peel the seal without causing damage to the enveloper,
Seal: 1-39 = Fail / 40-100 = Success / X = Critical Success ||||||||| Result = 93

Effortlessly slicing the wax seal off of the letter, Kollin read the small and curt letter,

"Lord Harto, I've continuously sent my associates to you and I've yet to hear a response about payments for my wares.
I hope you realize that I'm not just a simple merchant in Seston. I have connections you'd rather not have upon you.
I'm sending a final delegate, Ms. Beci, over to you tomorrow at noon. Your cooperation would be most welcomed.

Paying the 2 G, Lux carried the wrapped salmon back home, remembering that he has several drinks that would work well with the meat. He could also possibly search for a drinks stall to be safe rather than sorry.

Checking a couple of nearby classrooms, Frozlar noticed that only the teacher's name was framed near the door. However, he pieced together that the school was divided into subject sectors after finding a nearby directory map. He could make his way to class or seeing that he could still spare a couple of minutes, explore a little bit of the academy while the crowds of students died down.

Tae felt her adrenaline rush cool down as she sat back down, smiling warmly as a couple of upperclassmen patted her back as they walked to their tiles. The upperclassmen students' session flew by as Tae spectated them alongside the new students. She was surprised at how their hammers, brushes, and even fingers glided over the marble tiles. Eventually, the remaining students after a round were Lysanna, Kindra, Nyxio, and a student Tae didn't seem to recognize. Suddenly, a chorus of shouts and yells echoed throughout the plaza and Benet turned around,

"Uh oh, I think they found us. We'll have to end early, let's move people!"

The upperclassmen grabbed their tools and ran after Benet, the new students and Tae stunned before Lysanna yelled at them and pulled Tae to her feet,

"Come on!!"

"Of course, of course! Your grandfather has been a good friend of mine these past few years and always shared whatever he was working on. I'm slightly disappointed he stopped making his daily visits."
Ky glanced at his grandfather and noticed him still normally eating, apparently unfazed by the pointed comment. Lord Feo shrugged his shoulders and took a sip of his drink, presumably a wine,

"Speaking of fixing things, perhaps I should inform you of why you are here. One of my carriages have somehow broken down a few nights ago and I can't seem to find the issue behind it. After dinner I shall you show you what I mean, but besides that, are you excited that you're working under him?"

 

"Yes."
Please stop talking to me, I don't want to waste this food and I don't know what else to say...

 

Go back home and check then if there is drinks then cook the salmon

 

Running at her full speed and glancing back a few times, Tae laughed at the situation, wondering if the students were that used to running away from authorities.
Trying to get side to side with Kindra, she poked the girl to get her attention.
"Do you guys always do this crazy stuff?"

Lord Feo simply nodded his head and went back to his food. Servants refilled glasses and after some time, Ky's grandfather cleared his throat as he sipped his drink,

"Well, Feo? Lead us to your carriage."

"But of course! Right, this way."

As Lord Feo lead the duo through his halls, Ky glanced around at the decorations around them. Portraits of people hung over the walls as well as supposedly family paintings as well. It was also eerily quiet within the manor despite the number of servants roaming around, attending to their duties. Ky shelved those thoughts as Feo pushed a large metal door open and motioned them inside. The room must've been a garage of some sorts as a couple of carriages were stored here, similarly styled as the one that picked Ky up. Racks and tables full of metals and tools littered the area and even a few of Feo's servants seem to be working on a large dresser cabinet. Feo pointed at a carriage on the opposite side of the garage,

"That carriage over there is my issue. You may use the tools around the room if you don't have what you need. But please, don't bother my servants, they have more important things to do than solve something they couldn't figure out the first time. Let me know when you're done! Ta ta~!"

With a slightly overexaggerated bow, Lord Feo left Ky and his grandfather to the carriage. Ky's grandfather sighed and looked over the carriage's exterior,

"Nothing bent or out of shape. Something must be wrong with the inside...Well, where do you think we should start, Ky?"

As Lux walked back to his quaint home shop, he noticed several flyers with noblemen and women faces. He speculated it must be about the oath swearing of the newly elected officials for Wynvia. Some of them serving as diplomats, others as generals, and a couple for interkingdom affairs. Finally making it home, he went over to several coolers and popped them open. Freshwater, different berry juices, and several other exotic drinks he had before were inside. Whilst he thought about what to drink, Lux decided to cook his salmon and just as he was about to select a drink, he could hear a banging on his shop's front door.

"Anyone home?"

Kindra huffed as she sprinted, chuckling as she glanced back at the students behind her,

"I mean, you gotta be initiated somehow. Ugh, I knew other students would wanna crash our party. The fire circle hooligans nearly ratted us out last year to some of the administrators, but thankfully Benet stepped in and saved us some major trouble."

As Kindra spoke, a small fireball soared above the Runic students and Lysanna growled nearby,

"Oh come on, these guys again?! I'm this close to turning around and slapping all of-"

"Lys, keep running! We're almost there anyway!!"

Tae looked ahead of her and noticed the upperclassmen running towards some kind of abandoned building. Perhaps abandoned wasn't the word, but deserted. It still looked like a building familiar to the campus, but it didn't seem to be occupied by anyone. She could barely see Nyxio busting down the door and shouting towards them,

"Get inside!!"

As the Runic students filed inside, Nyxio slammed the door and all the upperclassmen burst out laughing, especially Nyxio. Some fierce knocking and shouts came from outside and Nyxio hushed everyone as he drew a rune on the door. The orange glow lit the room for a moment and the shrieks of students as the knocking stopped sent the room into a laughing fit once more. A voice could be heard yelling from outside,

"Oh haha, sooo funny!! You got lucky this time, runies! We could've easily captured some of your fresh blood, don't deny it!"

Nyxio opened the door slightly, stuck out his tongue, and slammed the door shut. Everyone roared with laughter once more and Tae chuckled lightly as she saw supposedly Dougal slammed his fist against the ground, his face red from laughing so hard. Some students drew runes on the wall that glowed and filled the room with light. Kindra poked Tae's shoulder as the room calmed down to conversation level,

"Welcome to our secret little hideout~! I could give ya the grand tour if you want?"

(You know that Lady Paris is one of the most prominent merchant ring leaders in Seston, climbing the ladder with not just her expertise in trading. She has had a history of using persuasion and deception in order to get what she wanted. Workers under her are easily replaced if they don't meet her standards. A cutthroat merchant, you could say. Still, commoners and nobles alike know the influence this woman has. Kollin most likely would've at least recognized her name and some past history of her from his thieving runs a couple of years ago as well as overhearing gossip within Goldenberry.)

Making his way to the math/science section of the school, Frozlar looked around at the classrooms until he saw the plated Mr. Nevic sign. Stepping into the room, Frozlar saw a couple of students seated at desks and to his surprise, he noticed that Mr. Nevic seemed to be part automation like himself. Mr. Nevic glanced at Frozlar and a slight shock was on his face, quickly replaced with an easy smile,

"Ah, another one of me? I'm pleasantly surprised. Let's see here, where did I put that other seating chart...Ah-ha!"

Nevic took out a scroll from a cabinet beneath his desk and rolled it open on the table in front of him,

"Please find your seat! Settle and prepare yourself, we're not starting super light for our first day."

As Frozlar scanned the scroll and walked to his desk, he noticed a student or two glancing up from their books and staring at him as he walked.

 

Alright reload Vulcan then check the door

 

Let out a sigh of relief.
Finally, that situation was over.
~~ Intermission to scene w/ carriage ~~
Take my crafting hammer out and twirl it in my hands.
"We check the frame first, before repairing the rest, right?"
I look over to my grandfather for confirmation.

 

Pull my hood down more as I head to my desk

 

Reloading the pistol, Lux tiptoes towards the door and peers through peephole. A trio of adults similarly aged to Lux stood expectantly, dressed in flowy robes that matched Wynvia's nation colors. One of them lets out a sigh and stares up at the sky,

"I doubt anyone's home anyway, I'm tired."

"We have to at least try! It doesn't hurt to wait for another minute or so."

"Heh, I'm surprised you remember that. Take care of it, I need to find Lorde Feo and ask about a bathroom. Keep on working, don't let me catch you interrupting his servants."

As Ky's grandfather placed his tools on the table and exited the garage, Ky's ears perked up at the sounds of soft whisperings as he checked the frame. Darting a quick glance to the voices, he saw a couple of servants whispering in each other's ears.

Pulling the hood to draw less attention to himself, Frozlar settled himself down at his desk, catching a nearby whispering voice,

"...Automation? Huh, this school's weirder than I thought.."

Deciding to bring his books and pens out from his backpack, Frozlar busied himself with preparing for the lecture. A couple of minutes before class started, a fully human girl sat in the desk to Frozlar's left and cleared her throat,

"Ehm, excuse me, are you new? I was hoping to at least talk to someone for a little bit before class started. What's your name?"

 

"Hell yeah I want a tour! I wish I could see their faces though." Tae laughs while pointing towards the door with her thumb.
"Must've been priceless."

 

Open the door since frick life

 

"Looks like I've got my plans figured out for tomorrow, but I'll probably need some help for this, luckly i know someone who might not refuse me." I'll exit my house in casual clothing with the letter and evelope tucked safely in my pocket and head off to Jonathans house

 

As they walk, Silva decides to make some small talk.
"As of late I have had many a lost traveler that I suspect were not so lost happen upon my home. I do not find it a problem, as I am more than willing to extend my hospitality. However it is a wish of mine that they simply state from the outright that they intended to meet with me." he says.

 

"Oh, yeah, I'm new. I'm Frozlar. What's your name?"
