"Oh really now?" Sorry bartender, but you're not gonna make any profit off me tonight. "Do me a favour will you? Go and ask for a room for 5 emeralds a night."

Kazuki
The bartender looks really pissed.
"12.. emeralds.."

 

I walk over to the bartender.
"Oy, barkeep. If there are two people that are trying to get a better price, then there's something seriously wrong with your prices."

 

Herbert and the guard continue walking, they end up at the end of the bridge. "Almost to Troms my friend. This is the final leg of the journey. I have a spell that should be able to get us there faster, or if I screw it up again, send us off course. Either way we will end up somewhere, in Wynn."

 

Herbert
The guard looks like he wants to brain you with the butt of his spear. You should really shut up.

Damien
The bartender grits his teeth and grips the bar.
"..10 emeralds. For the both of ya. You'll have to pay for yer drinks and food."

 

"V-very well..." I pay for the stuff.

 

OOC: this is basically what everyone does when he meets my D&D character. Mostly because their just annoying. Carry on.

"Fine then, ill meet you at Troms." Herbert pulls his dagger out of his belt, and stabs the air, then cuts down to form the wormhole that would take him, supposedly, to Troms. "May the souls of the fallen push you on higher my friend." He then jumps into the portal.

"Marriane!" A serving girl looks up.
"Take these two to room 7!"
She nods, then motions for you guys to come up the stairs (there's stairs... somewhere..). You follow. She leads you to a room with an oak wood door, with a brass plate that says 7 on it. She opens the room with a key, then gives it to you, Kazuki. You go in. There's a partition where two small beds are, 1 desk, and a chest of drawers.

 

I look around "H-huh. Int... interesting."

(OOC: I actually take this as a bad omen, since 7 is my unlucky number and I'm superstitious about it :P)

 

Herbert
You hear one word as you get sucked into the portal.
You are swept through space again, your stomach whirling; convulsing.
You land, and immediantly throw up. You retch for awhile, then look up. You're somewhere in the pigman ravines, and quite a few of them are looking down on you, licking their lips. (Hey at least you were... moderately close to Troms..)

"Aw come'on..." Herbert high tail it toward the passage (OOC: I just finished that quest IGN so yeah I have the right to do that) firing spells behind him. Eventually Herbert was hit, hard, by a Pigman Overlord, "GAH! You little..." Herbert charges up his staff, and unleashes Nemract's Fury upon the beast.

Another OOC: Nemract's Fury? Overkill much? At least y'all get to see what it does.

 

I... forgot something....
You hear one word as you get sucked into the portal. "Fuck."

YOU AWAKEN WITH ONE WORD: "RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" AND THE FURY OF THE SOULS DEAD IN NEMRACT UNLEASHES ON THE UNLUCKY BEASTS, RENDING THE EARTH, TEARING APART THEIR SOULS, ADDING TO THE CONTINUING MUSIC OF RAGE AND DEATH..!! WIND BLASTS THROUGH THE CANYONS, SENDING GUSTS OF HOT WIND ACROSS YOUR FACE. YOUR EYES GO COMPLETELY PURPLE AND YOU START LEVITATING. THE CANYONS CONTINUE TO CRACK, AND AS BOULDERS CRASH DOWN AROUND YOU YOU START TO GLOW..!!

You blink, dazed. You have a pounding headache and you're aching and smarting all over. All around you is debris, and pigmen, with ominous red pools seeping out from under their bodies. A boulder falls in the distance, sending a large CRACK!! echoing throughout the ravines. Your vision seems to be swaying; you see everything covered in a haze of purple; the souls, too. They rush towards you, adding to the agony that was building up. You see silver spots on top of the purple, then everything goes dark.

You see this... man, throw up, after tearing a rend in the void. You keep out of sight. Now read Herbert's paragraphs. You stare at him in terrified silence as he sways, then falls.

 

OOC: Yeah thats more or less what it does XD.

Herbert passed out. He wakes up 5 minutes later to see a man huddled up in a corner terrified. "What? Looks like you've seen a ghost." Herbert tries to stand up, but he can't. He eventually makes his way up, and uses his staff as a crutch and hobbles to The Passage.

OOC: Well then. Herbert=OP. Also it kinda makes sense for him, in my little D&D campaign he was the Mage who locked up the Corrupter Of Worlds, and died in the process. But it's just for my D&D campaign and isn't cannon. Or is it?

Whoa.. I slowly stand up, looking at Herbert as he goes toward the Passage, and I say "What the hell WAS that?" in a REALLY terrified kinda way.

I use Nightmare tier 1 on him to make him nervous/afraid of his whiskey XD
