"I'd be honored," I reply. "Aurallim and the Witch's Cult have done great atrocities, and still do. I won't sit idle over this matter." I draw my sword and hold the blade sideways, staring at it. I sigh. "Once upon a time, back in Kurubiq, there was a monster causing trouble. He was a thief, sometimes harming other monsters to get what he wanted. I went to stop him, intending only to force him into agreeing to cease his actions. I underestimated my strength, let's just say."

I lower my sword and look down. I pause for a second. "After that day... I swore not to fight unless there was no other choice... If the only way to save lives was to use force. I guess it is time to take up arms again." I look up at the princess. "I will help you. I will lend you my talents, to end the suffering they cause. Hmm... Perhaps I could rally other monsters to join us, come to think of it. I'm willing to bet there are a lot of them with a hatred for Aurallim, and it's not like I didn't know anyone back then."

 

Luratos places a hand on Mike's shoulder. "This one will be joining us on our hunt."

The Seminar Lord nods. "Ah. Welcome then, Michael." He shakes hands with the boy. "I am Lyndarl, the lord of Seminar."

"Won't you be joining us in the fight?" Luratos asks the elf. He shakes his head. "No, I won't. I have been drained with energy from my latest spell; I feel that I am not in a fit shape to fight."

Lyndarl raises his voice, so the people in the hall all hears him. "There is no time to wait before the monster wakes. The monster will wake, no matter how hard we try. Our aim is to defeat it before it gains any strength!"

The people cheer. A young elf comes running to Lyndarl. He says, "A raven has arrived from Wyrmin. He apparently found a Vilphan who is willing to help us."

"How long will they take?"

"The letter was sent a few days back. I estimate that they are around Byrnam Hills now. They have taken the path in Kurubiq, so they might've been delayed, though."

I have a suspicion as to what the flame-wielder may be... but I put my personal rivalries aside, and head for the tunnels leading to Truskan.

Description: Tall, very pale. Skinny frame, and dark hair. Scars on his hands and face.

Backstory: Back in the tower, Abro used to be a cleaning boy, since his magic wasn't very strong. He was tending to the vials and flasks when a corruption assault hit the tower, and in the commotion, one of the flasks knocked over. He panicked, and ran out of the room. By the time he was down the stairs, the entire floor he was on was in flames. He was about to get the other mages, but then, he heard a cry for help. It sounded like a woman. Realizing she would perish if he did nothing, he, either bravely or foolishly, ran back into the flames. Try as he might, he couldn't get to the woman. With a surprising strength, he unleashed a hidden power inside him, and coated the entire room in ice, while also extinguishing the flames. But when he found the woman, all that was left was a corpse. This scarred him for years, and he hid in the tower until now.

Others: Carries with him a necklace that the family of the woman gave him in honour of him trying to save her.

A tall woman dressed in navy robes strides along with the masked men. She is beautiful in an exotic way, with long black hair, and large eyes. From behind her hips, a tail shaped like an arrow swings side to side. Ventus hisses. As the woman closes in Ventus feels a strange magic attracting him to her.

Ventus tries to see the woman's spirit class, but to his surprise, he finds none at all. Which was strange; everything had spiritual powers. Was this woman so strong that she could hide her spiritual energy...?

Tisaun opens his eyes. He frowns and gets up. He sighs. I'm awake.

He looks around the room, and see that he is not the only one in the room. Multiple beds are lined in the hall, on which sits Lucifer, Emily, and to his surprise, the werewolf and the harpy, both back in their human form. They are all awake and was talking to the clone devil and the young boy who has two fox tails behind him.

Remilia notices Tisaun waking up. "How do you feel?" She asks as she approaches.

Tisaun rubs temple. "Alright. I have a minor headache, but it should be fine."

"Good." Remilia says, then sits down on a stool. Remilia quickly sums up what had happened after Tisaun had blacked out.

"So the vampire, Zeisha, was not an enemy?" Tisaun asks. Remilia nods.

"We have to go back to Arcuntar, to talk to King Rumilius. I understand that you have left the army, but will you follow us?"

How fast are the demons compared to the riders?

Oh. Yeah I must've remembered wrong. I just thought I remembered something about someone mentioning Gluttony when they were about to fight it.

It was created by Daphne the witch of gluttony along with all the other demon beasts. (I just researched it)

 

Rathius(thinking): "Wow.. that's a strong pull. I guess I have no other choice if I want to get out of here. I have to transform."
*While transforming, flames start to spin around me. After only a mere second I've transform into a giant red dragon.*
Rathius: *ROAR!*

"Oh, you're awake. I didn't expect you to be unconscious for this long, but I guess it shows what I know about human biology."

 

Fen'ris looks at Wyrmin.
"The job's done, let's go to Seminar now." He says.
"If you two are ready, of course." Fen'ris says, turning to Basil and Scar.

 

Looking around , at all the people in the beds and the others talking to each other , i say "Sorry , i can't , though im pretty sure you already have a personal army to help you" , pointing to the people in beds , the cloner and the boy . "After that fight , my plan is now go to Freelands , maybe have a chat with an old friend at Jeymell in my way there . I gotta learn some magics , because for now im just a random guy in the fights" I say as trying to get up "Where is my spear?"

 

Well, yes.

"We cannot afford to wait," Lyndarl says. He raises his voice. "We will depart in an hour. You will camp in the woods, spend the night there. The monster is estimated to rise tomorrow sunset. You are to reach the site, cast the protective barriers and prepare for battle until then."

Luratos faces the others. "Go talk to the others. Get yourself familiar with your allies. I must go have a word with Lyrdarl.

Gluttony claps his mouth shut, capturing Rathius's tail. The dragon roars in pain. The boy is held carefully in Rathius's front arms.

Six of these demons have wings, and they take off. They are significantly faster than the riders.

 

Rathius(thinking): "This is bad, I can't win against the 2 of them. I just need to run for now."
*With all force I attack Gluttony, slashing my claws and spitting fire, just to get my tail free. When he let's go I fly away as fast as I can.*

You turn into shadow form. As the tunnel is dark, you can travel through it extremely quickly. In a few minutes, you feel light coming up ahead. You shoot out of the tunnel, into the huge underground town of Truskan.

Vyrdiin swears. The town was under complete attack, as the dwarven forces are forced to retreat by the sheer amount of goblins. Fire burn everywhere. As Vyrdiin turns midair to join the battle, he sees a lone figure consumed by fire, fighting in midst of goblins.

Uadlokii.

 

Do I notice Vyrdiin? Because I don't want to have a spirit demon fight.
