Fen'ris checks who he's to return the pretender to.
If the princess:
Fen'ris tries to get the attention of the princess.
If not the princess:
Fen'ris carries along to who he's to return Larbi to.

To be fair though it is not a very well trained army. Not really trained at all in fact.

 

Asakeryu's plan works. The arrows swish through the air, and the harpy sees this. She jumps, trying to avoid the arrows. When they miss her completely, she frowns, confused. Asakeryu uses his katana, intending to cut her in half. The harpy notices this and tries to move out of the way. But not far enough.

The harpy screams as Asakeryu's blade creates a long cut down her back. She falls to the roof in front of Asakeryu, shaking.

Asakeryu raises his katana to finish her. The harpy looks up at the boy in fear. This is when Asakeryu realises that this girl is as young as he.

This could be me. Asakeryu thinks. He grits his teeth and turns away from the girl. She sighs, then slumps down on the roof. As a monster, she shouldn't bleed to death.

As he walks down the roof to face the fight, the harpy weakly grabs at his ankle. Asakeryu turns and points his katana at the harpy. She croaks, "Please... Don't go to them..."

Asakeryu is confused. "Why would you go so far to kill the princess?" He asks.

The harpy looks up and smiles weakly. "We've all lost important people to Rehniarians. Especially Zeisha, who lost her entire family to the princess."

 

"She could be lying," I think. "But she could also be telling the truth... I'll hear her out. Wasn't there that trick to see if someone's lying by paying attention to their eyes?" (Yes, that is a thing irl. You can learn so much useless information in high-level classes :P)

I look at her. "What... What do you mean? What was it that the princess did?"

 

Only thing I need to look at in my app is the backstory BTW ^^

 

I heard of that trick, never used it though

Rathius: "Well ghost or not, this kid needs someone to take care of him."
*I turn towards the boy*
Rathius: "Hey, why did you want to know 'what' I was? Because you somehow knew I wasn't human."

 

It's hard to use unless you have them stationary, and with direct eye contact.

 

My head hangs as i think "wasnt it just bad enough?" . At the house i crashed in , i find a potion with a white liquid in it , just to throw at the creature , creating a blinding flash . "great . This will give me some time" . As i explore the house in search of something to help me , my thoughts gather around the only idea i can think of to kill this thing . Magic . "this is ridiculous . Where someone ever seen an human do magic? I'd need something with extreme potential for magic to make soo , and that with me doing nothing more then the offerings needed in the ritual . With a glance of hope , i take out a small flask of a blue liquid out of my pocket . "Water from rivers coming from Yggdrasil . Das Irine was right ; I was going to need this" . As i make the preparatives for the ritual , i remember the elf words "You might be an human and have no magic , but such water can make a ritual something even an human can do . Take this water with you in case you are in extreme danger , as you will probably fall unconsious for quite the time after using it." With a stone rune in an end of the branch and a wood rune in the other , i put my dagger in the middle of it , i make a cut deep in my skin with the spear , pitching it in the floor after doing soo . I imbue the runes and the dagger in my blood i shout "Αλήθεια" as the blade starts to get lighter and brighter , as well as my spear disappearing into the air . The branch is now gone , leaving me with a rather dull looking long one-handed sword , with a blinding white blade , a small gold circle , as big as a ring as guard , a black leather handle and a small silver and gold cap . "He said it would reveal my true weapon ; well , i never was very good with swords , and if this is the best weapon i can get , i am trully dead ." Handing the surprisingly light sword , i go out of the building , with the scarf covering the arm wound , the jacket around the belt , using a sleeveless white shirt , i shout "Im up for one more round!"

 

"GAHH!" The Balrog cries as the explosives explode at the monster's feet. The Balrog's knees buckle. At once, the dwarves fire their projectiles with their machines. Rocks rain down on the monster, knocking him over. He lands on the ground with a huge crack.

The dwarves cheer. You notice that the goblins do not look disappointed. You see the monster's fingers flinch.

"Hmm." Luratos says. "Let that be, then." He then faces the others. "Come on, off to bed; tomorrow's going to be an interesting day." He says.

As Mylith, Kaya and Jenna head towards the big tree, Luratos turns back to Michael. "So Mike, do you have any fighting experience?"

 

I walk towards the assumed dead Balrog and slice it's head off quickly.

 

Oh well... I want the same thing to happen, though.
Okay, so you have been living at the southern tip of the Kurnnot range.

Jack walks down the bare plains, huddling himself with a cloak. The grasses are tall around here, letting him hide out of sight. As he walks, he hears sounds of hooves thudding against the crowd. Quickly, Jack jumps to the ground, and stays lying there. Through the grass, he sees a group of eight Aurallim riders passing the plains at full speed. They are travelling towards the south, coming from the direction of Cites Takith to the direction of the Norinn Mountains. The leading rider is a young man with short blond hair and fair skin. His eyes are electric blue. He carries a halberd, which is a spear/axe hybrid weapon. He raises his weapon over his head and shouts, "Demons!"

Jack flinches. He first thinks that the riders meant him, but then realises that the horses are not heading towards him.

Filthy knights. Xiudar says.

Jack stands up and looks up. What were the knights chasing? Demons, didn't the leader say? Why were there demons in middle of Aurallim?

Fen'ris opens his letter and scans through it. He swears. "The letter says whoever we're supposed to be delivering Larbi to was supposed to be waiting in front of the mansion. It is likely that that princess is the one sent by the King."

"Your spirit energy was way more powerful than any around me. I found it strange. I though if I went close to you, they'll stay away from me."

 

The vampire, now fully possessed, turns as Tisaun runs out of the house. "You are an annoying one, aren't you?" She growls in a deep voice.

Tisaun roars and swings his sword. Because it's so light, it moves with lightning speed. The vampire looks surprised as her claws are countered extremely quickly. She jumps and flaps into the air. She turns and kick Tisaun in the chest. He staggers back, then lifts his sword again. They exchange a series of furious blows, but Tisaun senses that he is doing well against the monster. He brings his force down onto a blow, which deflects the vampire's claws. Tisaun uses his free hand to punch her. The vampire is sent tumbling into a vegetable stall. She screams as she falls into the pile of vegetables. There is a huge bamf as white mist explodes outwards from the girl.

Remilia realises something. "It's the garlic!" She shouts as she blocks a blow from the cloner devil.

The harpy gets up weakly. She staggers, and Asakeryu catches her instinctively. He swears to himself for that, as the harpy could've attacked him. But apparently she was too tired to do so. She slumps down and exhales.

"Zeisha's parents were merchants. One day their merchant group was visited by the princess and her knights, who interrogated them, saying that some of them were members of the Witch Cult. The leader, who was Zeisha's father, defended his merchants. Then the princess just took out her blade and beheaded him. The rest of the merchants fought back, and some ran. They were slaughtered, except for Zeisha, who escaped into Zemboth Fong, where she was possessed by the vampire."

 

"Well , lets just finish this already " i say as pitch the sword deep into the vampire head , throwing it after that at more garlic "Just to be sure" (i wasnt sure if she died or not its rather unclear to me)

 

"A little, mostly just training and sparring, not really any serious fights."

 

Fen'ris watches, waiting to see what happens.
"So Wyrmin, how much was the Lord of Seminar offering again?"

 

Rathius: "Who is 'they'? Are you being followed?"
*Looks around to see if he spots any 'spying eyes'*

 

"And how do I know you're not lying to coax me to your side?" I ask her, suspicious. "I won't rule out the possibility of you telling the truth, but I also won't let myself join the wrong side."

 

"I can already feel this being a bad idea, but we should probably check it out don't you think Xadius?" I ask him in our mind.

A few questions about the environment ^^:
About what one of the day is it?
Are there shadows in the direction they are going which I could teleport to and hide in to observe them?
And lastly, do they seem like relatively normal soldiers?
