[rp] Legends [completed]

I slam my staff into the floor and summon two wisps to help me fight him, then I charge him with my staff in my hands.

 

Ronan
The hooded adventurer staggers back behind you. He seems to be drained from energy.
You fire an Arrow Storm at the Kraken. The monster reels back in pain. Then the monster uses its tentacles to attack them. You push the tired adventurer with you to the ground, just as a sharp tentacle passes over them.
The shadowy figure leaps up from the ground, floating. He speeds toward a big, black pirate ship that is approaching Selchar.
No time to lose, you and the adventurer ran up the stairs to the city.

Bailwolf
Whilst you run, the archer calls out, "My name is Ronan."
You smile. "Bailwolf." You say.
You look back, and see a tentacle coming straight at you. "Jump!" you tell Ronan, and you both jump as the tentacle hits the stone stairs. You jump on the tentacle just as it was coming out, and grab at it. The Kraken tries to shake you off. You leap at the monster, and draw Wolf's Fang. You charge your speed with fire, then stab at the monster in the head. "Now, Ronan!" You shout.

Ronan
You watch in shock as Bailwolf jumps on top of the Kraken's head. He was too agile to be a human. "Now, Ronan!" He shouts.
You know what to do. You send an Arrow Bomb at the Kraken, which loses its balance. Bailwolf stabs the monster in the head with his fire spear. The Kraken shrieks, then falls down.

Bailwolf and Ronan
You see the army of undead attacking the city. You also see the pirate ship, where the Necromancer and a figure is fighting.
You get a free choice of what to do next.


I run toward the horde, signalling Bailwolf to follow me.

 

Mael
The Necromancer is powerful. He fends off my attack, while defending himself from the wisps. Since the wisps are in my command, he cannot send them away.
The Necromancer raises his staff. Black shadow sends up into the sky. Dark cloud starts brewing around the shadow. Lightnings flashes.
"AHHH!" The Necromancer points his staff at me. Dark force and lightning hits me. I use my own staff to create a Shield, which, amazingly, held. A shockwave erupted, so big that the world around felt it.
Continue your attacks.

Ronan
You and Bailwolf create a fierce team. You cut through enemies after enemies, undead after undead. Inspired by your bravery, the soldiers of Selchar regain confidence and starts fighting again.
Soon, all the undead was defeated, or driven into the sea and drowned. The people of Selchar cheered.
Just then, a huge shockwave erupted from the pirate ship. The impact knocked everyone off their feet.

You and the Fruman adventurer reach the coast. He raises his hands, and two creatures surface from the sea. The two creatures looked like horses, but its lower body was those of a fish. Hippokampoi, the sea-horses. You look at the adventurer in wonder. How had he managed to summon them?
He looks at you. "Sorry, I have not introduced myself." He says. "My name is Nicolas, or the Knight of Wynn, they call me. I am the one to defeat Amadel of WynnExcavation, the Corrupter of Worlds and the Tower of Ascension."

As you travel on the hippokamoi, you can talk to Nicolas.

You and Bailwolf create a fierce team. You cut through enemies after enemies, undead after undead. Inspired by your bravery, the soldiers of Selchar regain confidence and starts fighting again.

Uhm.. I.. I get up, exclaiming "What the hell was that?" Then I draw my bow, aiming at the ship.

 

I desummon my staff and summons my bow to fire arrows at him. (Remember that these arrows weaken enemies and make wisps do more dmg :)

I've been wondering why you weren't replying.

 

I start charging a fireball (this one will be really big :)

 

Ronan
You fire your arrow. Next to you, Bailwolf charges his fireball.
The arrow flies straight toward the shadowy figure. But when the arrow gets close, it curves out of the way of the fight. There is a strange enchantment around the pirate ship.
Bailwolf
You release your fireball.
The fireball, it seems, is too big and powerful to stop. As soon as you release the spell, you kneel to the ground, shocked by the strain of energy you felt.
The fireball hits the pirate ship.

Mael
The arrow hits the Necromancer in the head.
"Ahhhh!" He shouts as he falls back.
The wisps fall onto the Necromancer. Suddenly, you notice a giant fireball coming your way. Come to me! You call to the wisps as the fireball gets nearer.

The ship explodes with a great kaboom!
You successfully escape the ship. You ask the wisps to take you to the two adventurers on Selchar.
You land before them, and the furly, wolfy one says, "Woah."
You smile. "I look like this, because I am a half-ghost. Thank you for assisting me to defeating the Necromancer." You say. "I am Mael. Mael Twain."
"You mean Mael who trained Bob?" The archer asks. "I'm Ronan, by the way."
"Bailwolf." The furly one says.
"Yes, I am Bob's old master. I was quite sad to hear that he had died."
"Then how did you..." Ronan started to say.
Just then, the water explodes.
The Necromancer, very much alive, floats up from the water. He is covered in a cloud of shadow.
"DID YOU REALLY THINK YOU COULD DEFEAT ME?" He says. "ME? YOU SHALL SEE MY TRUE FORM."
With that, the Necromancer folds himself into the gemstone on his chest.
The gem floats there. Bailwolf laughs nervously. "A stone? What..."
The sky turns dark. All the shadow seems to be sucked into the gemstone. Then it started expanding.
The true form of the Necromancer makes you three freeze in fear.

 

The words: "Oh my god." Escapes my mouth.
"We have to defeat him or else... everything will be lost."

 

The Necromancer
Ah. It feels good to be in my true form.
The three of them all freeze. Every citizen of Selchar should now be petrified with fear. For now, I AM DARZNOG.

DARZNOG
I am a great, black dragon. But I am not a normal dragon. I have nine heads. Eight of them have one eye each, big and all-seeing. Four of my lesser heads breath poisonous gas that corrupts and kills. Another four breathes fire that burns and destroys. My main head has two large, red eyes. My mouth is filled with rows and rows of sharp teeth. On my forehead is a great black gemstone.
All of my heads are connected to one body. My nine necks extend all over. My body, which is shaped like a slug's body, has sharp tentacles, all of which I control. I can move quickly, but I attack with my necks, which can extend to any length.

I look down at the small sea-city of Selchar. It is only as big as my body. I grin. When I grin, all nine of my heads grin.
I shall destroy this world, and every single dark and light creatures. Ragnok wish to contain me? Let him try.
I charge a great shadow blast from my mouth. Then I release it at the city.

 

A: I'll go back to Nesaak

 

You reach the Time Valley with the remainder of your army. As you stride toward the ancient structure, you see a big figure standing, with his back facing you.
You growl. The figure turns back. You freeze.
There stands the most powerful-looking demon you have ever seen.
Ragnok stands there. He smiles. "Master Golestandt. I have watched your attack on Ragni. Very impressive. Without the Frumans' interference, you would have taken the city." Ragnok strides toward you.
"You have shown yourself as a great leader and warrior. It would be a real advantage to have you on my side."
You grunt, trying to say "But I killed your demon messenger."
"Yes, an unfortunate casualty. But it does not matter. He told you my message wrongly. So I tell you what I want to ask you." Ragnok pauses. "Would you help me destroy this world? When we do, there shall be no more humans or villagers to disturb you. You shall live in peace, with the land you have earned. The Lost Sanctuary, Ragni, and the Nivla Woods shall be yours."
Ragnok grins at you. But in his eyes, you can see him looking at you intensely. He is testing you, you realise. He is challenging you.

You come back to Nesaak, exhausted. You go into 'your' room, in a house in Nesaak.
There is a figure standing there. Your hand slowly reach to your bow in lance mode.
"Do not bother, Miss." The figure says. He has a very deep voice, you note. He turn towards you, and you see that he is a demon. He somewhat resembles Ragnok, with red skin and horns.
"I am Jarzm." He says. "Son of Ragnok."
Ah.
"Master Ragnok formally wants you to join his army, as a general to his army. You have proved yourself as a great warrior and leader. Ragnok himself is recruiting a remarkable creature just like you. If you join us, you shall be rewarded with respect. You refuse and decide to keep working for yourself... Let's see what happens."
Jarzm grins.
