Elimut is examining shards of a broken window in a servants' bedroom.

"Mister Elimut?" I say, as loud as I can

 

He looks up. "Fuck off."

 

"I'm afraid I cannot sir." I say, trying to get up using the wall.

"You're here to send some stupid message, I can tell. Look. I fucking know Doushoins is dead. I've been chasing her fucking assassin around the fucking palace while you've been slouching around in the hall. Now go back where you came from and leave me alone."

 

Well, I kind of assumed that you would think that the amulet, grants luck, sense the name. When I say activate, its more like pray to god that the amulet brings some luck that benefits me.

 

"Not only her." I look at him in the eyes. Maybe he gets what I mean just from looking. If he's not looking at me, rip.

 

They continue to push you into a corner. "Look," the leader says. "Standard protocol would be to kill you, but, I don't know why, but, I think I won't."

He stares at you for a second before a look of horror spreads across his face. "Don't tell me..." He rushes downstairs. You feel for a second there's something not quite right about his reaction, though you can't place what. You're left with Rin and the strange villager. (uh, @Tsuyu-chan and @BlueSlimerino?)

When I take a better look at my surroundings, what do I see

 

I look over to the villager in black robes.
"What were you two discussing about?"

 

He was looking through a broken window, right? I look through the same window.

 

You're at the end of a road, against a large abandoned house. There's a corner ahead, but it's mostly blocked with rubble, immediately in front of you are two Doguns with a longsword and a halberd.
"Right, let's get him to the town. Help me-" He takes out a rope and starts to wrap it around your torso and arms.

Below is a drop straight down to the river. There doesn't seem to be anyone down there or anything unusual going on. A guard is walking around on the other side, searching the ground with a lantern.

Can I tell what he's looking for?
(Ex. If he's holding the light low to the ground, something dropped. If it's raised, then something's above, etc.)
