As far as I know, there are rooms with two single beds in them. My character is as dense as Osmium, so you're gonna have to make the first move.
Also, you're the one interested.

I walk inside the inn and try to find the Innkeeper.

 

Another note - what Emsé did say was that she pulled the same trick at the inn on Elimut and it apparently worked.
"I could hear that much. Please, we need to know. It could save the King's life."

As you enter, the innkeeper turns to you. "What can I do for you? All booked for tonight, but I can do drinks."

 

I nod silently. "Ah. How much for a glass of apple cider?"

There seems to be some conflict over a ring, and some Ahmsian law banning teleport scrolls. The mage turns to you. "You need to help us! The lives of everyone in Kandon-Beta depend on it.", he shouts, clearly distressed.

 

I probably have less than a 10% chance of successfully fending for myself in the wilderness. Thus, I stayed cooped up in one place. As soon as you left, I tagged along. Cause now I can actually survive outside the village- at least, if you protect me. >.>

2 Apple Ciders is more expensive than a room?

We are kinda paying for the group of two apple ciders and the room, which makes for an emerald and 11 shards. Also, the drinks are basically a rich thing now since the apples are decaying.

Even with decay, that's alot I think.
Unless they're not getting apples for another 3 months or so I suppose...

A room is around 1 emerald, which is 64 shards. 25 shards for a drink that is hardly being produced, therefore more expansive. Since the room is not in the greatest quality and we are already paying 50 shards, it's basically giving us a pretty good deal, not that the rooms are cheap.
