Rp - Gavel's Darkest Hour- Act Two Begins [7/7]

He jumps, dropping the bag. "Uh, hello. Sorry about that. Oh, wow. How did you manage to get just the front of your robes that wet?"

 

"Ghosts and rivers."

 

"I... I see. Are you looking for anything in particular?"

 

I nod.
(I forgot to grab cutlery. .-.)
"Do you want to split it half and half or take an entire plate for yourself?"

 

"Swords, better then these ones" I draw both my swords and show them to him

 

”Climb up?”

 

"Ehhh the scroll part sounds ok...but do you have any idea how we could get them? I have practically no mana left either and we cant exactly communicate with her. If we could get her to vanish and grab some scrolls for all of us that could work..."

 

I take out one of the swords ( great idea btw ) and raise it above the grook.
"I say half and half." I cut them both, aiming to give a slightly bigger piece of each to Rin.

 

I'm assuming you took the one that had the grook since you shouldn't be choping your sword on something I'm holding. xD
"Um... I have a knife... you know..."
I point at the smallee piece of Grook.
"Can I have that one?"
Then, reaching into my ring, I pull out a knife to cut the fruit cake.

 

He examines them. "Define 'better'", he says.

"Seriously? The scroll part sounds good? She can't read dwarven writing, she has no idea where they go. We can't stay here anyhow. I'll go and talk sense into her."
She hurries over to the wall, and climbs it with surprising precision and diving through a window. "You coming?", she calls.

"Uh, yes. Shouldn't be difficult." He teleports onwards, out of your sight.

 

I follow her
"I mean, we could just grab as many scrolls as we can and if we dont end up where we want to be just try another one, right?"

 

"Are you sure you don't want the bigger one?" I ask while looking at the ring.
"Beautiful ring." Even if it's a corroded copper loop I'll say that.

 

"If you'd ever used one you'd know that's a terrible idea."
You struggle with climbing the wall, you get stuck on a ledge just below her. The shoulder injury from last night stings horribly.

 

"Something that will deal more damage"

 

It's an obsidian ring with a blue and green gem that looks like an eye in it. Basically an ender chest in ring form.

He takes an enormous sword of greenskin design about as long as you are tall from a top shelf. It has an odd purple glow to it. "This sort of thing?"

 

"No not grateswords. One handed blades"

 

Then I say it more truthfully

 

"Okay. How about this?"
He takes out a tiny dagger. It's ornately carved with elven runes and glows lime green.

 

"Swords" I say as I point to my two blades

 

"mind helping me up? shoulder's kinda busted. anyway how bad can it be?"
