    Where are events headed? Ever since this new tag was introduced everyone has been making them. In an idealistic world to me, community events should happen maybe once or twice a month? Like a big party that actually has significance and reason and then a holiday themed party. I know it's up to the community to decide but they're getting worse and worse. We already have the secret santa and Wynnterfest which were both well put together events , then you can find something like this which can be made in like, what? 15 minutes? I know I'm not the biggest fan of your work , Jamie but don't take it as hate. I just dislike all post-gameplay community events. I can predict a community event in the future "Pet-con! Bring your wybels to have a good time!" They're just shitty ideas with no relevance or reasoning and the main arguement for that: "It was just a fun little thing came up with" is bullshit. Nobody gives a fuck if it's something you came up with overnight. Going to deltas on a specific world and opening your compass then selecting your pets does not scream fun. Something like Secret Santa has taken time to put together and is working and fun.

    TL;DR


    Community events are going to shit.

    why can't we have fun with our community events?

    just because you or a couple of people don't like them doesn't mean they are shit

    maybe if you waited to see what an event was going to be like before you trash on it

    we are free to post fun little events if we want
