Mage/Dark Wizard Help Returning player in need of help

I just came back playing after almost 3~4 years and I have no idea wtf is happening. I used to have a Lament build and now I can't even equip my set :P

I'd like to ask you guys the new build for the Lament and if you can, list the prices of each set piece, I know you guys are awesome! :D

This is a lightbender build, make whatever tree you want. I found this on blue's build discord server, so if this is too pricey there are some more on there.
