Retirement!

This is gonna be really simple. Instead of deleting a class, you retire it. You can only do this with class level 95+. If we ever raise the level cap, this number will go up. This means that you keep your gained levels, mobs killed, etc. After you retire, you can't play that class anymore.

This makes the levelling leaderboard infinite and yall can show off.

I think this is actually a good idea.
This makes it so that people can see the true dedicated players/grinders/csst abusers that tryhard much.

I don't like this too much for then you could get on leaderboards by just getting a ton of classes to lvl 20...

 

or retiring and adding lvl 1 classes
who needs to level classes to 100 when you can have 1 level more every 20 seconds

Ahem, nope. Retirement is an option. Builds are needed to level and pvp. 101 is an achievement, it's not like nobody has done it.
People like said Salkasm and Surra deserve the levels. Are you gonna tell me that just because two people are good at something, they ruin everything? That's like saying Usain Bolt and *insert very fast person* should be banned from racing.

all they are going to do is get to 95 then retire then repeat

 

@SaltyPhox Im actually leaning towards more of a "uncertain" stance towards your suggestion. (You should add that as a possibility in the poll)

This is definitely a good and plausible idea, but I feel that only a minority of players will actually utilize it. Think about it, who wants to delete their level 95+ class simply to make a new one? Likely only people who already have level 100's for all four classes. Barely any players, besides the top 50 or so, will be dedicated enough to reapetedly grind classes up to level 95 simply for the leaderboard. Most people aim to get each class to 100 and stop afterward.

Also, there are more pressing suggestions such as item locks or better quest book. Knowing Wynncraft, this suggestion could take ages to implement despite how straightforward it sounds. In addition, it benefits a small number of players compared to the earlier suggestions I mentioned.

Basically, good idea, but it's not needed at the moment.

 

None of this is relevant to any thread unless otherwise stated by a CMD or a CT member.

 

My response is not feedback nor constructive criticism towards the thread itself. It's simply my own answer, as in opinion, towards SaltyPhox's question of "why not?"

 

There is more to builds(Cactus,Poison,Loot,Xp,Rainbow,Etc). You can save a build in your bank and give it to every class and put it back in bank before you retire. As for 101, if you dont retire it you can still show off

Alright, yes a minority of players will use it. This is basically starting over a new class because you got bored or something. You get to keep your levels as an addition anyway.\
And as far as suggestions go, anything goes. Your opinion only depends on if you like it or not, not if because of one thing it won't get added. That's like saying just because *insert political thing here* is widely supported and it will get added, doesn't mean that *insert another political thing here* with lower supporters but you like the idea doesn't mean you should deny the idea.

TL;DR Chance of getting added should not influence your view

 

Yeah you're right. I made a mistake by taking my opinions on other suggestions into this one. I'll support your idea for its concept.
