Media Rest In Rip Cataclysm

I wonder if it's possible to develop a "binding/unbinding" function in the game so that the items you bind will be undroppable like the quest items.

Why do you think they wouldn't do it?

 

Because dropping your items, with the easy solution of change the binding key, is YOUR FAULT not theres, why would they add something unneeded?

 

Because it is a common issue? You don't just drop your item by pressing the wrong key. You can drop it due to local lag, server lag, skill point glitch, and all sorts of random shenanigans. It ruins the experience and I'm sure it made numerous players quit.
I don't see how being able to bind important stuff to your inventory is even close to being "unneeded".

You don't drop items because the server is lagging, or because you're lagging. Skill point glitch isn't dropping items, it's taking them off of your armor slots, and that glitch was FIXED, only happens very rarely with accessories now.

 

Well, you do drop your items if lag is present. You could be organizing your stuff and next thing you know the item has popped out of your inventory the server thought you exited your inventory while holding said item. This wouldn't happen with items that possess the property of a quest item, because they'd return to your inventory automatically.

 

This truly is... cataclysmic.

Well its mostly done but itvhas bugs. We had a problem that hindered the games performance but we fixed and its running with as many fps as vanilla would ^^
